I purchased a hot tub after a serious back surgery

I purchased a hot tub after a serious back surgery. After the surgery I was directed to do water therapy. This included spending some time in hot tub, followed by physical therapy exercises in the warm pool. I found that spending some time in hot water of luxury spa really helped. It helped more than exercises in the pool or swimming. The hot water relaxed the muscles so well that doing stretching exercises for my back right after coming out of the hot tub was much easier. I could do deeper stretching which improved my overall well being. And I could do my exercises with less pain which means I was more willing to do them. I learned that the hot tubs are not just a nice place to relax and unwind, they can also be a great way to encourage exercise. They ease muscle pain and relax the muscles and make me more comfortable following my prescribed physical therapy routine. Now before each physical therapy session I spend 10 minutes in my home luxury spa. This pleasant experience make me look forward to my physical therapy sessions. Without the nice hot soak it would be much more difficult to do the exercises on regular basis.
